Keelson · FAQ
Four questions. Four short answers.
Common objections
Four questions a mid-market CEO will ask before booking.
The answers are short on purpose. If you want the longer version, it is in the audit document and on the quote — not on this page.
01
Outcome pricing
What if nothing ships?
Every engagement is a fixed price against one locked metric your CFO can already verify — claims cycle time, contracts drafted per week, hours reclaimed per close — whichever you pick at target selection. We invoice against that metric at the end of the 90-day build. If the number doesn't move, the invoice doesn't go out. We tell you that in writing before the work starts and put it on the quote you sign.
02
Positioning
Why not a Big Four firm?
A Big Four will staff your engagement with the most expensive generalists on their bench, bill them against the hours they generate, and pull them off your project the moment a larger engagement opens on the floor. We do the opposite: a single named operator owns your workflow end to end, with a fixed quote against one metric your operators can see every Monday. The price is lower than their slide, the people who wrote the audit are the people who ship the build, and nobody is rotating in from another account.
03
Positioning
Why not a freelancer?
A freelancer is one operator who will leave when their visa gets approved, their market rate moves, or the next paid gig pays more. You do not hire a freelancer to operate a workflow your CFO will be asked about next quarter. We bring an audit, a method, a fixed quote against a metric, a handoff document, and a named person on the end of an email the week something drifts. The freelancer gives you a calendar invite.

Post-launch support
What happens after handoff?
Your team owns the system on day 31. We hand over the runbooks, the credentials, the access, and the failure cases — and we stay on call for the first month if anything breaks. After handoff, you can keep us on AI Ops: we monitor the exceptions queue, retrain on what is slipping, and send you one weekly note on what is working, what is drifting, and what needs your attention this week. Or you can walk. The handoff document is the same either way, and the system does not depend on us.
